Recently visited Cedar and a found a open drainage running along the length of the compound wall.Also, inside the compound parallel to the outside open drainage I found work was going on for the construction of sump/swimming pool. If this drainage is not checked we may end up with a serious heath and contamination problem.I suggest that we as an association highlight this fact to the builder by personally meeting him

Hey Amarnath, do you know which all banks have approval for home loans in this project ? I m planning to take loan from HDFC.
Hi venugopalan You can even take loan from LIC. I have taken loan from LIC housing finance.

Hi Gurmeet I dont think they provide cauvery water. But as per my knowledge bore-wells are there.
