I spoke to one of the agent over there - he responded saying if you are ready to pay complete amount, they will complete the flat but possession is not possible. Hi Vinay, Quality seems to be good compared few other projects near by but if u r planning to change anything inside of house like flooring, they will not provide their quote. If you are planning to buy as flat as they give without any modifications and not looking for immediate occupation then it is ok to go.

Hi Gireesh, There are hardly 15-20 people working in appartments. Since last 6 months, there isn't any progress in construction. They had been promising everyone that it will be ready in next 2 months. Once you make the payment..forget it.

They promised Sept'12 to me andnow they say if I am ready to pay full amount they complete the construction flat but cannot promise occupancy.
Once u make full payment builders are liable to provide u possession as per bye-laws. Already a family is living in 3 BHK-1560sft in 5th floor.
