George, there are many villa projects in Kochi, like Swiss Gardens, Palm Street Villas, Veneziano, Relcon Ashiyana Ernakulam, Merry Land, etc.
are these villas between the above said range

Hi George, the rates of 3bhk flats are around Rs 1.2 cr - 1.3 cr.
