How much is the per sq ft rate for properties by Hosur Road?
Q: Vakil Whispering Woods has launched phase 1 and phase 2 projects in that area.

My comments to replies
In Hosur Road, new projects approximately have a rate of Rs 3600 per sq ft.. rates vary for plots, old & new apartments, location, etc.
They have the Phase 1 construction of residential apartment. Do you have any idea on what is the rate for it per sq ft?
