Hi Jigyasysa, We recently bought 3 bhk there in the month of October. We liked the building architecture. Construction quality is OK. The material is good its just that its not flashy (doors, kitchen tiles particularly). We are not living there yet but heard most of the amenities are functioning. They are already getting corporation water and about to get completion certificate after which the amount of water from PCMC may get increased. We asked few residents there and they told they never faced water problems yet. Builder is good and cooperative. We took a resell flat and he gave us good cooperation. Hi Karan, We bought Townhouse in B1 rate was 4200 sq ft + stamp duty and registration...I don't know right or wrong ..we had limited time so just went for it...what is sq ft area for the flat you are going to opt and is there any additional charges
