Investment in Vasavi Majestica, Medavakkam Chennai
Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a flat in Vasavi Majestica at Medavakkam. I find lots of bad comments about this project and this builder. When I asked them, they say that they had those problems, but now they are clear. They promised me 3950 per sq ft. Handover Dec 2013. Can I believe their promises and go ahead to book flat in this project. Please give me ur comments. Also please suggest any other flats near n around Jeyachandran Nagar and Kovilambakkam area. Q: Do anyone see real progress in Majestica construction over the past few months? Having read lot of negative feedback, really nervous whether to go ahead with choosing a flat in this project now. Are Vasavi's problems sorted now?

Even i had the same feel that they are ok. But some of the online posts (mainly in 2010/ 2011) were a bit uncomfortable. Heard that this project work started in late 2011 only though original launch was in 2009.... delays are common with many builders though, just wanted to know if anyone has experience with this builder.Even i had the same feel that they are ok.
