Hi Rahul, there is no info available on web regarding their approvals.. Better to check with the builder only.. Ask for documents and verify if you are planning to invest..

I contact with them also and they told me that approval will be received by the Nov'12 end & construction would be start from December/ January'12 onwards...

I heard that GDA approval is still pending and unless GDA approves it, construction cannot start.
