Emerald Heights from gangothri developers is there . i have booked two plots there. It is excellent as its near P&G set up and is HMDA approved. Also it is in Ranga Reddy district. Recently i got to know that SUBHA GRUHA has started venture
(Sukruti Delight)at Gundlapochampally, kompally.
They claim the site is HMDA layout with 200, 240, 400 sq. yards plots.
And per Sq. Yard, they are charging 9299/-
It would very much helpful for me to get more details about this.
Please let me know

Hi Ahmed Kutoor is in Mehboob Nagar district. This area will develop but it will take more time than projects in Ranga Reddy District. Shamshabad is more preferred as around 600 companies are coming there also SEZ is also there. Land rates will be also cheaper .
