The price quotes available on different sites by the brokers for this property are between 25-27 lkh. for 1bhk @ 4400psf. Anyhow my concern is investing 30-50% booking amount is a huge risk for me. And from no source i have the information whether this project is going to launch or not/when it will launch.(for security purpose) because in recent talk with the builder they have stopped the booking.
