Hi, Just wanted to see if I can sell my plot in Perumbakkam Radha nagar.
Q: Still debating in my mind if I have to sell or not. Numerous people I talk to quote a range of prices, but would like a view from this forum. The price will help me in the decision of selling or not. It is on the 50 ft road. What is the price quoted per sq ft.?

Thanks all for your responses. This is a clear titled plot. I also hold the patta for the land. No issues what so over. Hi Mr. Raj, what range of price have they quoted for your plot? And tell me, whether your plot is useful only for residential purpose or commercial? How is the location exactly?
Have not received any quotes. But a price guide will help me decide if I want to put this in market.

As per my knowledge, the rate per sqft would be around Rs 4300 to 4900..Have you got all the approvals? Any legal issue?
What all approvals. I bought it from a RE developer. I have a clear Title and hold a patta for the land. What more documents?
