Need to rent commercial space with 13000 sft
Q: Want to know services offered for helping rent commercial property. 4 floors with Lift and 10 car parks commercial space in Dilsukhnagar - how can Commonfloor help..

Hi Ram....We can publicize your property and get you buyers. Could you kindly tell me the price range of your properties?
Its a commercial property and the market rate is Rs 45-50 per sqft in neighbourhood that translates to roughly Rs 5 lakh per month for 13000 sft or so. Bata showroom is facing my building and paid Rs 75-80 per sft for ground floor and above floors at Rs 45-50 per sft in Dilsukhnagar, you could do your own research as well. Am keen to know what services can be offered by CF

Are you willing to rent your property only for commercial purpose and not for residential? also what are the amenities offered?
It is not designed for residential purpose - its commercial property only
