Q: Hi i am planning to book a 3 BHK flat in Meadows, is it worth paying at Rs. 3,020/- per sft

My replies to this discussion
I just bought a 3BHK here last week. Personally speaking, there are cheaper options on Kanakapura Road (closer to the city). However, the quality of life will be much different in Brigade Meadows compared to the rush of city life. The open spaces available in this project cannot be beaten (even by other projects of Brigade/Nitesh, etc). So for me at least for now, it's was a question of peace and distance from the busy city life (Brigade meadows) v/s living closer to the city (other Projects).I just bought a 3BHK here last week. Hi Kumar, The price of 3bhk flat will cost you around Rs 32 lakhs approx and I think it is worth in this price.
The prices are steeper than 32lac for 3BHK. It's closer to 40 lac now.

Q: I am planning for a SBI Loan. Could anyone let me know if the Bank Account Statements for last 6 months(HDFC in this case), need to be stamped by HDFC or can I just download a 6 month statement online and submit it?
My comments to replies
Hi Dilip, as far as I know, they may ask for bank's seal on the statement.. For exact info, it is better to contact SBI bank home loan dept and check.. Or ask any SBI loan executive..
Thanks for your reply Diwakar. I will check with SBI and post here once I hear from them.
