Demand from Paramount
Q: Demand from Paramount Just in, Pramamount has sent unjustified demand letters with no breakup of demand, and forcing people to pay the same with no questions asked. They have started to do the same exact thing for which Indian real estate builders have a bad name and misuse the one sided agreements. We visited the site today (8th Dec 2012) and no senior management is present, looks like everyone is absconding from the office.

I am also facing this problem from Paramount. I had made my all payments and I have all receipts and letters from Paramount regarding this. But last week I got new unjustified demand letters with no breakup of demand. I’m trying to reach them but they are not picking my phone. I am also facing this problem from Paramount.
