Hey Poornima, You can go for group buying, because in group buying you can avail discount on basic selling price as well as amenities.
Thank you Mr Sagar. But i dont have any group to buy in same property. Also i'm in negotiating phase and have to confirm on my buying asap. so needed advice on best price to ask for.
