Lodha Cheating by charging Interest amount
Q: Hi, I have booked the flat in casario and customer care are charging huge interest unnecessary with their delay in the process. In my case registration done on 11th and demand submission will be on 17th may. And later they charged huge interest on that amount

Booked a flat in Arabiana
Q: Had booked a flat in Arabiana wing A, expected possession in Feb 2013, wanted to know if anyone else is in the forum from Arabiana. What about the basic amenities and transport from the Rio Project ? Any one else planning to put their kids in the school?what about the healthcare facilities??

I heard that the project offers modern amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Health Facilities, Recreation Facilities, 24Hr Backup, Club House, Rain Water Harvesting, Wifi, Cafeteria, Library, Tennis Court, Gymnasium.
Thanks , I too heard have the same...but just a bit concerned, are they for real or just crowd puller tactic
