Planning to invest in land, got to know that North Bangalore is the place for it and went on a ride throughout the region searching to end up in a good place. On the search it happened for me to check out the Indus valley properties near Nandagudi and impressed I would say .... can i go for it? any comments friends???
Hey guys, I read an article in this website which says that Hebbal and KR puram are very good in development perspective. So it would be better if you consider options in those areas.. Check this article- Hebbal, K R Puram to observe over 90% appreciation by 2017.

Hi Sandeep, North Bangalore is witnessing fast development. It is a good choice to invest there. I haven't heard of Nandagudi, can you tell me where it is?

I think though right now it is not a good option for living there, it would fetch great demand and development in next few years..
