I have seen a plot in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, NTI Layout next to Sahakara Nagar/Kodigehalli. I have heard that this site has cleared litigation charges. Has someone availed a nationalized bank loan in this area?
This is a NTI (National Tuberculosis Institute) Layout Phase 2, called Rajiv Gandhi Nagar. BDA Approved. I have documents which looks clean to a layman. A khata, NOC and all. Raghavendra, I do not own a site in NTI layout, but just searching for one and the above question were to people who might have availed some bank loan in NTI layout. Are you aware of anyone? In case you are looking for sites, there are broker offices right in NTI layout..

Is that site located in any project or just an independent plot? What is the project's name? If it is an independent one then the plot-owner only can clear your doubt, otherwise, other buyers may help you out.

I am planning to Buy a plot in NTI layout. Is this a BDA layout ?...is this a right place to buy the plot ? I heard there are cases pending and issues with the plots in this layout ... is this right ?
Can someone clarify or provide the details ?
I am not sure of site availability as of today, but there were lots of sites available. This is a BDA layout. As per my knowledge there are some sites cleared by the court and details of the same could be received from NTI association office in Sadashivnagar. However nationalized bank lawyers refused to give a clear legal opinion considering the history of NTI layout.
