right now they are quoting 2950 p sqf. Otherwise I felt the project is decent and the model house is also good. Hey Nagesh, I too thought the same way and went ahead, compromising on the carpet area, thinking that other things may compensate this aspect. I also checked up few other new flats being offered by other builders and found that carpet to sba comes in almost the same range as Saroj is giving.
