Can some one provide the feedback about SVS new project which is going by the name SVS PALMS .they have started new project with name SVS PALMS.I am interested in purchasing one apartment in it it wil will be grate full if someone can provide the feed back..on Their track record on quality of construction, quality of material, adherence to timelines, providing all necessary clearances for the apt such as A/B Katha, clean land records, experience dealing with them, etc. Please provide feedback on SVS Developers/constructions, Bangalore and their project SVS PALMS.Will like to know the price and the water supply in that area.

SVS palms have bbmp A-khata. Does that means it is not a BDA sites. If is it is not a BDA sites then should i ask builder to provide a copy of NOC from BDA for SVS Palm. Or NOC is not required I can go ahead for booking just based on BBMP - A khata?

Hi, I need to know reviews about ATZ Builders in Bangalore.I especially need to know feedback about the ATZ Areva project in Marathalli Sarjapur ORR. It looks good from the plan and layout.Has anyone checked about the legal clearance of the land and how good this builder is and feedback about his past projects from the owners?

Low grade Builder u can come across .... every thing is good at the start ... but the end result and delivery is pathetic. Now they have floated a new company called SVS Developers, They have SVS Structures, SVS Constructions... Same wine in new bottle. They operate under different names with same logo. They are building one near HAL Old airport ... what they promise on the brochure is not at all matching at the site.
Better buy ready-to-move in with them so taht you hget to see what you are buying or you have had it.

THERE WERE DISPUTES ON THE LAND LIKE DOUBLE SELLING BY THE LANDOWNERS AND SOME CASES WERE FILED ON THE LAND OWNERS AND ALL. STAY ORDERS WERE OBTAINED FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION WORK THERE . HOWEVER NANDISH REDDY IS DOING THE PROJECT BECAUSE HE IS A POLITICIAN. ANYBODY HAS GOT THE RELEVANT PAPERS RELATING TO WITHDRAWAL OF STAY ORDERS?
I'm relatively new to property buying and was wondering if there are properties like this one which provide an access road through it, to the property behind it. I had liked this project otherwise but feels awkward to imagine people trespass through. Please share your thoughts.
Hi Vinayak, The 40 Ft access road in internal between Palms 1 and Palms 2. It is for the people staying in Palms and not a common path / road for outsiders. It is secured by a gate at the front and back.

Hi Vinayak, As per my discussion with the marketing manager he mentioned that road is going to be a internal road between Palms and Palms 2. I also understood the traffic movement for cars/ vehicles parked within Palms 1 & 2. As per the marketing manager, this 40 ft road will be used for the same. Considering that they own the complete land (Palms 1 & 2) there seems to be no reason why they should make it a public / semi-public road.

Even I'd been to check out the property. There's a 40 ft Road between Palm 1 and 2, which seems like Govt property. The marketing guy there himself told that. He said that it was mandatory for them to leave a 40 ft road. The property behind Palms would be accessed by this road. However, I'm not sure if the property is deemed disputed in such cases. Lawyer might be able to provide some opinion on this.
