Need investment advice
Q: If you can pl advice which mode of investment will result maximum return to buy at launch and sell with a descent profit or hold it for a longer time considering not leveraged buyer and having holding capacity..for the city of kolkata. Bought at 4800rs/sqft presently 6000rs price,foundation started,is it correct to sell book profit and invest in another property or hold for longterm capital gain?
