Q: Please let me know which is better property in noida extn out of these two? And without any disputes and everything settled down.

It has lavish yet thoughtfully designed 4 Blocks and 1200 residences and Nirala Estate is one of the popular residential developments in Tech Zone IV. It is among the ongoing projects of of the same developer. What is your budget ?
Irrespective of budget, which one would be better option and safer one keeping in mind the land disputes
