Can anyone tell me what is going on in thane ghodbunder road?
Q: I have booked the flat in sep 2009 with Pride residency on ghodbunder road thane, at the time of booking they mentioned that the flat will be ready by dec2010 then jun2011 but till date haven't got the possesion and this time they mentioned the reason that permission issue. I have cross verified and almost all builders on ghodbunder road are delaying the possession by 2 years under permission issue.

Hi Jayesh, State Highway 42 is also known as Ghodbunder Road in Thane district. I feel the newly constructed apartments in ghodbunder road are yet to get permission because they might have broken some legal terms or are way too much built on the highway..
Thanks Sandeep, but what are the option for me now, as i am waiting for my flat from last 3 years, also i am worried that does the builder will finish the flat?
