Hi, I am an owner at Fairfield A, I wanted to be a member of this community but in registration form I could not find Fairfield A. Can anybody got intimation regarding possesion of FF A. I booked my flat in June 2009, and was told that possesion will be by Mar.2010. Till date I am getting the same assurance that I will get the possesion within next 2-3 months. I feel that we all should come togather to show our strength to the builder.

We are a young couple from Mumbai looking to buy a flat in Thane....we came across two ready towers of Lodha Luxuria ...what is the market rate of a 2BHK at Lodha Luxuria? They have promised us amenities to be done by June2013 which I clearly don't believe.....I also read that some plots of the proposed complex are still not registered...can somebody help on advising us here on the feasibility of putting our savings into this project?

you can complaint but we being in India, do you think it will sorted out soon....not very clear how this will work...maybe a lawyer or consumer forum can help
