Hi, have any one booked in Samruddhi Rhythm??
Q: I am interested in buying a flat in Samruddhi Rhythm any feed backs about the developer. If any one has already booked the flats, can you please let me know about rate per sqft. at which they are selling.

As far as I know the rate per square feet of an apartment is around Rs 3200.
