Unitech Gurgaon Project
Q: HiI am avinash and I own one flat in Uniworld garden -II. I was supposed to get the possession of the flat last year somewhere in June but till now not getting any firm date from Unitech. anyone has any idea about the delay. ThanksAvinash

Latest Answer: Hi Avinsingh, gerenally Unitech its very slow, so be prepared for the delay. Secondly check with your agreement if there is any claus for compensation for the delay of possession date. Thirdly the developer is telling that they might complete the project by the end of 2013.
