The effect of increased RR(readyreckoner) rate to buyer.
Q: i have booked a flat in the month of dec-12 for 22.5 lacs but still regisrtation has not done,so the rise in the month of jan-13 RR will affect to my pocket ?

Latest Answer: Hi Sanjay, since your flat is not registered yet, the rates that will be applied will be according to rates in January 2013 ( 5-30 per cent hike in RR rates). However, I would suggest you to take legal help if any doubt.
