I have looked for a duplex flat in begur road. The builder said that there is deviation in the plan . He do not have approval for the first floor of the duplex. What could be the implications.

Latest Answer: Hello Rakesh, Before booking please cross check all the documents and if he has not got approvals then I think there is some complications with the project.
