Planning to Buy Flat at Pragathi nagar
Q: I'm going to take a flat of G+3(4th Floor) at PragathiNagar. It is under Gram panchayathi.It doesn't have approval from panchayathi. He told that He obtained permission from Panchayti for construction and he also told that It is in proposal for regularization proposal at PragathiNagar..Can you please guide me wht to do...Is it ok to proceed to buy that flat??
