Booked a flat in Aratt Requizza
Q: I have booked Aratt Requizza in electronic city for 2800/sq ft. They are not ready to show the master plan. Please let me know if anyone has any inputs on same. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Prithwiraj, Arattukulam Developers is quoting Rs 2800 per sq. ft but what is the reason that they are not ready to show the master plan. Any legal issues?
Not sure. the documents are yet to be verified from my side. Little apprehensive in this case as online reviews are mixed.
