Q: Wanted to know if MHADA Gamdevi (oshiwara) is being redeveloped and if yes what are the likely time lines.

Latest Answer: The authorities have agreed for redevelopment of the buildings and will send a proposal to the government. Chairman of MbPT has agreed to grant a no-objection certificate to MHADA for the redevelopment of cessed buildings on its land, LIC is yet to give its approval.
