Is this the right time to buy property?
Q: I have seen an apartment and i liked it ..but the problem is that the builders have permission of only G+3 but they constructed G+4 and people have booked the apartments there.... the builder is saying there will not be any problem and we will give you all the documents of the flat..can u please guide me with dis ..that is it right to buy this property and there wont be any problem at later stage

Latest Answer: Project by slvprojects named slv anvesha. It is a small project but what i liked was the floor plans and the price was on the lower side.
