i sold it 6 months back and went last month only to buy for my brother for their phase-III project. Seems the facilities are good there. yes it is worth buying flat at Krish city. They are committed builder. Always finish their project on time. The revision of rate is also good. I too had a flat there i booked the same for 10 lacs and sold it in 26 lakh after 2.5 year of purchase. Now i have booked again for my brother. yes it is worth buying flat at Krish city. please read today TOI in which a case has been registered against brahma as they have taken the money from customer but not delivered.
