Anyone booked a plot in S2 housing project near Sompura gate?
Q: Need reviews abt the prices, location and the s2 housing group.

My comments to replies
S2 Avani is a project by S2 housing project. It is a BMRDA approved project, it offers premium yet affordable plots. Plots are available from Rs.24.00 lacs onwards.
Thanks for your reply, Pranab. Pl let me know if you have you booked any plots in S2 Avani project.? Is there any mailing group(of the plot owners) available? What is the rate per sq ft they are quoting? And how much is negotioable.?
