Q:
I am an exisitng house owner of Ishaan Green. Do not buy any flats from this builder. they charge heavily. The project in Deoghar was supposed to be complete by may 2009. It is still not complete as of Jan 2013. Also they had promised a deep borewell but water is a big issue there. Also the house is built of 3rd grade material. Please refrain from buying. He will ask you a price of Rs 30 LaKHS, if you buy from exisiting owners, they will sell it for just rs 20 Lakhs
Hi Antakrish..there is a simple way to do this. You can List your property here. You will soon get alerts from interested people. Make sure you do a honest deal.
Thanks will do that. And why do you say "make sure you do honest deal"? Obviously I am not here to cheat people

have you discussed this with other owners.?? have you taken any action..??
Yes I did. Other owners are very sissy and too coward to take action against the Builder. They have accepted their fate and are staying in that rotten condition. i think people as sissy as them have made our society like this where fraud builders like Ishaan Green are propsering. On my part, i am planning to sell my house, if i get a buyer within 6 months well and fine. if I don't i will ensure that the partners of this Ishaan green lead a miserable life. And ofcourse while selling my house, i will lay down all the points with my buyer and won't cheat him unlike Ishaan Greens

Hi Antakrish...if there is something which is promised on papers and not given.. you can always knock the doors of court.
Hi Rituraj..Thanks for the valuable advise however as you might know that courts in India take ages to come to a decision. As i said, i am working on an easier option of getting an interested buyer and selling him my property. If I do not get it within 6 months, I will ensure that I teach these guys a tough lesson legally, personally, professionally and otherwise
Q:
Looking for a large mass of land in Deoghar (Jharkhand). I require atleast 50,000 sq. feet. I want to build a small farm house. The land has to be uniform, water table should be low. Most importantly it should be saleable and undisputed/undisputable land. I am not into any property which is not saleable. If the land is cheap I can buy even upto 2,00,000 or 3,00,000 sq feet. Please suggest. I am looking for cheap land so if it is in outskirts, better. Preferred area would be Dumka Road, Rikhiya Road, gauryganje etc

Dear Praveen, I think common sense is absent in all of you who are continuously suggesting me. Will you stop acting like an ignorant and accept that there are serious flaws in your website. Rather than improving it you are just ranting the same thing again and again. The same problem is being faced again. I do not want to post anything in your website. You have wasted enough time of mine. I fill in all the details and everytime it asks me to 'select 1 location'. Now there is no option to select anything. So I type my location and it doesn't proceed. Now since you do not have brains to understand, give me your email id, I wills end you the screenshot of the proof of this error. I have said the same thing above as well. But you keep suggesting the same things again and again. Can you guys please stop acting like delusional idiots and either give me a proper solution or stop wasting my time with your stupid rants and same advice everytime
