I am interested in buying a virgin flat (2 BHK) in Bopal or nearby area to satellite (not interested in Vejalpur).
Q: Can you please guide me about it. my budget is 22 lacs on the max....and not interested in giving brokerage......

Hello Vishwas..why are you not preferring Vejalpur...?? This area is close to all malls, school, colleges, hospitals, offices etc. I found this area very affordable
Varun, I am not interested in any sceme of Bakeri so vejalpur plus Venus Parkland is not in my budget of 20-22 lacs so Vejalpur is no for me.

Hello Vishwas...you budget is low..but yeah you can get a 2 bhk flat. I heard of 2 bhk flat which is for sale in Subhmangal Residency.
Is it a newly developed property? Can you provide some more info?
