what is the construction status of the residency.

HI Sushil, have you invested in this project? I'm also interested to buy but heard of some reviews saying it is not good.. what do you suggest?
Hello Ms Ayesha, I am sorry i saw your posting today itself. i have booked a flat in this project. i would suggest you not to enter this project at this stage as the land is under litigation, bank loan is not available on this property.. Keep a watch , you should enter only when litigation is over and banks are ready to provide loan. other wise dont enter sushil
