Hi Kaustav, I visited their office so many times asking for the allotment letter. Even spoke over phone several times and wrote emails as well. In fact I got reply in one of the email dt. 12-11-13, that my allotment letter is ready and it will be despatched at my registered address, but unfortunately nothing received so far. Is there anybody who has any information on the fate of the project. I am very sceptical of the project after paying visit to the office and site in Oct'14. I visited the office on 28 Oct'14 to get the update and I was told that agreement to sale will be issued in Nov'14, but till now nothing heard. I visited the site also during that time and I am disappointed to find there is no work started so far. There is one structure constructed at the entrance of the project which was told that sample flats are being constructed, however, 60%-70% work were still to be done in that building itself. I am very disappointed that the project was about to be completed by 2015 and it is still constructing sample flats or in other words no work started. I have made the payment of 20% of the flat value and trapped in the project. I don't know what shall I do now?Is there anybody who has any information on the fate of the project.
