I have purchased a flat in Neptune Lotus. So far we have not faced any water problem as such since the locality has municipal water connections and the flats have bore-water.

Latest Answer: The stop work notice was due to new regulation for multi storey for not allowing balconies in ur existing designs so they needed to revamp and wait for whole one year to start the project again that is why it is delayed. Although i m having two flats booked in this project which i want to sell of urgently due to some financial reasons of mine but i would like to appreciate here of builder being kind and honest to all those who had booked in this project of his.

Q: I heard some percent of properties in Mumbai are affected by the new capital based system and are charged more property tax. Please throw some light.. Thanks!
