Kadigudi-Pyada Palms Project-Sorya Properties
Q: Builder is soorya properties Hi I have booked a flat in Pyada Palms Kadigudi, bangalore near to whitefield and want to know if there is any land dispute and any problems with the area and how the builder is?

My comments to replies
As far as i know there is no land disputes. The project seems to be good and Pyda Palms is located at Belthur, Kadugodi, the most upcoming hot spot in Bangalore.
The good thing about this project is only 48 flats are there and amenities are almost same as being offered in gated communities. Also the construction area is 50% and for amenities it is 50% which no one offer. I agrre I could not find any official website for Soorya Properties and they have not given the project file to SBI may be beco's of stringent verification. So wanted to be sure on my side.
