Hi Friends, Recently i had gone for site visit of VGN Hazel. Construction process is going on. When i discussed UDS they said that it comes around 45%. They did n't said exactly because for Every type ie 1BHK or 2 BHK there are different sq ft. So directly discussing with concern people is best in this cases.
