Hi, please let me know the status of the club house with swimming pool and gymnasium.
Q: Also, I am unable to comprehend what is being maintained with 3000 Rs per month when there is no much to be maintained. The gardens, club house..play areas?

Hello Gaganpreet..are you an owner of this project..?? I think it is not completed..then why are they asking for maintenance charges..??
they have given possession to some blocks. even though the amenities are not yet ready, no swimming pool or club house that they promised, yet the maintenance charges are almost 3000 per month, which doesnt seem fair, but the builder doesnt listen.
