What to do if the possession of flat delays. This is regarding Zion developers. Any one bought flat there?
Q: Hi I bought flat in T3 from Zion promoters and developers . Its been one year since the date of possession. They are not granting the possession. Any one bought the flat from Zion.

Latest Answer: Ya.. They are supposed to give 1% of the total flat price as penalty amount every month. I was talking to the builder since last year they were supposed to give on last august ( 2013) but now its 2014. They are telling they need the possesion certificate clearance from chandigarh and they are waiting for same. But i m worried is it thier new way of tricking and delaying further :(

Zion lakeview.
Q: Hi all,I am a buyer of flat in Zion lakeview.Since possession date is approaching. Builders are asking for EDC etc,On asking when the possession will be obtained they promised on April..Any info ? if they will give on that day ?
