Q: I have made a booking with Kashish Manor ONe, Sec 111, Gurgaon. The agreement talks about a Price Escalation Clause. Whatever be the construction cost of the facility, at the end of 3 yrs, a buyer shall have to pay for inflationary cost. This can increases the price significantly more than the agreed price. Say, Inflation is 7% pa. This makes it an additional increase of 30% in price of apartment. I am contacting the management but to no avail. Request other KASHISH MANOR ONE owners to take note .

Why do not you drop into their office??? And how much did you pay still now?? Is there any chance of withdrawing the proposal?
