Hi, I have read the reviews in this link http://propertyscam.in/product-review/adithya-constructions/ This is one of those: Ajity Hi I am an existing owner and resident at Adithya Soigne and felt it would be prudent to bring the following to the notice of all prospective & existing buyers. – The people who have moved in already are facing a plethora of issues with the construction quality – seepage in walls, exremely bad plastering & paint, careless tiles-work in bathrooms, – The builder has been hell bent on saving money and cutting corners everywhere possible – the size and quality of the entrance gate, not installing and switching on the generator backup, putting zero watt bulbs in parking area, stinking STP plant, no allocation of parking slots, no clarity on laying out the road till the gate which he had promised and a lot more.
