Hello - I am looking at the possibility of buying a flat in Hemchayya.
Q: Any information regards the building would be very helpful.The details would be specially helpful regards what the rate per sq ft is right now, does the building have adequate security and is there any water problems.Any information would be helpful covering the plus and minus points.

Hey Piya..Hemchayya Apartment is a completed project. Are you planning to buy a apartment there..??? All i know is that a flat of 1500 sq ft here will cost you around Rs 1.40 crore. Please verify the details. I think the builder of this project is Harishkumar and Company.
Thank you so much for replying - I just wish to clarify that the Hemchhaya we are talking about is the one in Calcutta.If it so be is a 1500 sq ft flat inclusive of 2 garages at 1.4 cr
