Q: Hi , this is Vinay. I am interested in buying affordable plot in Hyderabad where there is scope for upcoming IT parks or development in future.

Vinay , In shamshabad area i have invested in ganghorti developers, nearby there is fab city, p&G, and around 600 companies are building their set up there. It is gold mine for investors. Believe me you should visit that place

Hello Mr. Singh, which is that project? are the rates of plots affordable there? And Vinay, if you are looking for IT hubs then why don't you try buying around Hitech city, Madhapur, Manikonda, etc..
Javed, hitech city, madhapur are way out of affordable proportion i guess. btw wat would be the psf rates there in case of plots.
