When is the possession of the Oasis project happening? Dec 2012 was the date as per the developer while selling of the flats. No communication has from the developers yet
I too have booked a flat here. The CC approval for wing B has not yet received due to which construction is stopped. CC is not received from BMC since environment clearance of the project is pending. This info I got ffrom my last communication with Srishti office.

Hi Vaibhav, as per my knowledge they will give possession by end of August 2013. So, you can expect the hand over by end of 2013..
What was your communication with the developer. Did you met them personally

Even I have booked a flat.. Now finishing work is going on.. As Shrikant said, probably 2013 end, we can get our flats.. But still not sure.
Do you any other flat bearers like us... may we all can go together to meet the developer

I checked with the builder he is unable to commit any date. I feel that i have been cheated by this builder. please let me know what action i can take against him
