Project completion date and a firm commitment as when it will be handed over.
Q: When is the project hand over? I think it cannot be completed by Jul-2013 as well. Should we all assemble one day at the site and ask our queries to the management?

Q: Just wondering - from how long has this construction being going on? I just went at the site in Jan, they have 3 tall bldgs and we were able to see the floor plans etc. They told us that possession would be in Dec 2013. How accurate is this?

My comments to replies
There is a huge delay in the possession of the project. So I am not so sure whether they will be delivering the project within the given time. If you are planning to buy a flat in this project just check with others who have booked a flat in the same.
thanks Rituraj. We already booked a flat though. I believe top floors were already taken.. they also did mention that most of the plots were already booked..so not sure why such a delay.
