Hi Nilesh, some of their upcoming projects include eco luxury villas in Kasauli, Gurgaon gateway and iconic residential development in Mulund. The last one launched was Shubh Griha, an affordable apartments scheme in Ahmedabad.
Thank you for the answer. I am aware of the Abad, Boisar Mumbai and Vasind Thane schemes. My question is Where is the next Tata Shubh Griha project coming up.

The project in Ahmedabad was a decent one with apartments sold at as low as 13-14 lakhs. The apartments were sold by lottery system and got good response..
