Are the questions below regarding Mantri Premero on Sarjapur road, blore?
Q: Just wondering - from how long has this construction being going on? I just went at the site in Jan, they have 3 tall bldgs and we were able to see the floor plans etc. They told us that possession would be in Dec 2013. How accurate is this?

My comments to replies
There is a huge delay in the possession of the project. So I am not so sure whether they will be delivering the project within the given time. If you are planning to buy a flat in this project just check with others who have booked a flat in the same.
At what price did you buy? I am also interested. But the reviews regarding delay is worrying
